Event Details
A Gentle exercise combining slow movement, deep breathing and focused intention. Modifications will be provided for those who want to attend seated or standing.
We must have a minimum of 10 participants to sign up to run the class or whole class will be canceled.
You must be able to attend all sessions as the skills are added to each session.
