Friends of the Tamarack District Library
The Friends of the Tamarack District Library is a 501C3 incorporated in the State of Michigan. Their purpose is to enhance the library’s facilities, resources, and services in order to better meet the library’s mission to the community. The Friends of the Tamarack District Library (FoTDL) will accomplish its purpose by developing programs that provide financial and voluntary assistance to improve library resources and services.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Adults of all ages living with chronic pain and their family members/ caregivers are welcome to attend this six-week workshop.
DESCRIPTION:
A Gentle exercise combining slow movement, deep breathing, and focused intention. Modifications will be provided for those who want to attend seated or standing.
Ms. Robin has a game, craft, or other activity planned that is geared toward school-aged kids. Registration is not required.
