March 17 through April 21 on Tuesdays for 1 to 2 pm.  Minimum 4 people and maximum size 6 people for class to run, make sure you sign up. If we don't get 4-6 people to sign up we are not able to hold the program.

A Gentle exercise combining slow movement, deep breathing and focused intention.  Modifications will be provided for those who want to attend seated or standing.
