In this class we will discuss the best books and websites, Mushroom terminology, tips for beginners, and common myths and misunderstandings. This class will cover all the basic tools and resources for learning to identify the hundreds of wild mushrooms that grow here in Michigan. It will last about an hour and we will end with another half hour of question and answer time, so feel free to bring any questions about mushrooms that you might have!
