Blind Bid Sale – Tamarack Room Furniture

We’re taking blind bids on the old tables, chairs, and carts from the Tamarack Room! Available items: 4 tables, 1 table cart, 55 chairs, 4 chair carts.

Stop by the Tamarack District Library front desk to fill out your blind bid form. Indicate the item(s) you want, how many, and your price per item. The highest bid for each item will receive the quantity they requested, and remaining items will be awarded to the next highest bids until everything is sold. Bids accepted until December 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. In-person bids only at Tamarack District Library ~all items are as is.

Philanthropic Giving Seminar -

Please come to the Tamarack Room on Thursday, November 6 from 6 to 7pm for an informative session about financial planning and charitable gift giving. Edward Jones Financial Advisor, Seth Donnan, from Cedar Springs, will join Lakeview Area Community Fund member, Steve Charnley, from Lakeview, to explore ways we can make a difference in our community, not only during our lifetime, but also when we’ve passed. From Seth, you will learn helpful ways to give wisely and well. From Steve, you will discover that even small gifts can make a long lasting impact on the quality of life in Lakeview. Bring family members, neighbors and friends. There is no time of life, regardless of age and financial circumstances, when you can’t become part of something great, something that truly can change us and the community we love.
