WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Adults of all ages living with chronic pain and their family members/ caregivers are welcome to attend this six-week workshop.
DESCRIPTION:
Participants have reported an increased confidence to better manage their chronic pain with skills such as:
• Techniques to deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor
sleep.
• Gentle exercise for improving strength, flexibility, and endurance.
• Alternatives to manage pain, such as using the mind.
• Communication skills to use with family, friends, and health care.
HOW TO REGISTER:
By registering for this workshop, you plan to attend all six sessions.
Registration deadline is March 10, 2026.
March 17 through April 28 on Tuesdays for 1 to 2 pm. We will be skipping April 7th.
Minimum 4 people and a maximum of 6 people for the class to run. Make sure you sign up. If we don't get 4-6 people to sign up we are not able to hold the program. More information to come.
